In these four lectures, Trevor Johnson discusses the challenges that face missionaries on the field, as well as the importance of a biblical call to missions. He also addresses some of the causes of missionary stress, failure, and attrition. Then he concludes by highlighting several things sending churches and missionaries can do to prevent attrition and to promote longevity and fruitfulness on the field.
