Graduate Profile: Rolando Lewis, M.T.S.
The Lord, by His grace, has blessed me with a sound, theological education at the Reformed Baptist Seminary. I am no stranger to the Confessional, Reformed Baptist Faith, for I was raised under such teachings. I am 25 years old and currently engaged to be married to Stephanie Jonas. We hope, by God’s grace, to begin our journey together as one in December 2016.
God saved me at the age of 12. It was the year after that I struggled with the call to preach His word. As time progressed, I got the solid conviction to become a Pastor and to shepherd the flock of God.
Currently, I serve as a Licensed Preacher of the East Caribbean Baptist Mission (ECBM) in the nation of Antigua and Barbuda. The ECBM consists of three churches: Central Baptist Church, Tyrells Baptist Church, and the Covenant Baptist Church. I am a member of the Covenant Baptist Church and have recently been nominated by the Elders for ordination. I also serve as a teacher at the ministry’s school (Baptist Academy of Antigua), as a Worship Assistant in the local church, a Youth Counsellor and as an Administrative Assistant for Pastoral Ministry.
The Reformed Baptist Seminary (RBS) has positively equipped me with much depth for ministry. I hope to apply all that I have learned in the life and growth of the church. RBS has also played an integral role in my sanctification and maturity in the faith. I thank God for the faculty of the Reformed Baptist Seminary and for the spiritual nurture that I have received from their Biblical teaching and wisdom.
