Join us for a four-day theological module in Conway, Arkansas, on the Doctrine of Scripture. Dr. Robert Gonzales and Dr. Jeffrey Johnson will serve as the course lecturers. The module will provide an overview of the entire doctrine of revelation beginning with revelation in general, proceeding to redemptive revelation, and concluding with a treatment of the doctrine of Scripture, especially as it has been developed within the Reformed tradition.
In the two-part lecture series below, Pastor Bob Selph addresses the topic of discipleship and church ministry. The first lecture, subtitled "Purposing Reproduction," highlights the importance of discipleship in church ministry as a vital element of the Great Commission. Discipleship is defined and models for discipleship set forth. The second lecture, "Implementing Reproduction," stresses the need to cultivate a culture of discipleship in the local church and offers suggestions for accomplishing this goal.
Reformed Baptist Seminary asked Dr. Michael Haykin to deliver three lectures on the practical piety exemplified in the teaching and practice of early English Baptists of the 17th and 18th centuries. In the first lecture, Dr. Haykin demonstrates how the 17th and 18th century Calvinist Baptists stressed the importance of the "means of grace" for promoting spiritual growth in the church.
