Graduate Profile: Grady Osborn (MTS)

My name is Grady Osborn, and after many years of study, I am a graduate of Reformed Baptist Seminary! I live in Arkansas City, KS with my beautiful wife Sandy. I serve as the chaplain for the Winfield Correctional Facility and as an Elder at Mt. Zion Community Church.

In the Lord’s perfect will, he converted me in the middle of my thirties. I praise the Lord for his unending patience, mercy, and grace that he has given to me in Christ Jesus. Without his presence and strength in my life, I would entirely fail in the duties that he has given me in the service of his kingdom.

After earning a B.S. in Christian Ministry Leadership at a local Bible college, I spent many months searching for a seminary that would challenge me academically and allow me to complete the requirements at my own pace. That search ended after finding Reformed Baptist Seminary! The seminary has met my needs, and more. I am thankful for the biblical teaching from godly men through Reformed Baptist Seminary. I was able to gain this knowledge at a pace that more suited my busy schedule and did not require me to relocate to another area. I was challenged in every class through the lectures and reading to think more deeply in my study of God. I am able to use this knowledge, daily, in my duties as a chaplain as well as in service to my local church. The partnership that Reformed Baptist Seminary has with the local church is commendable.

Through this experience I became more aware of the support that I have in my life. Without the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit, I simply would have failed and given in to the temptation to abandon a higher degree. I also thank my wife Sandy. I am greatly blessed by God to have such a wonderful wife who supports me, encourages me, and loves me. Her steadfast partnership keeps me balanced and keeps me moving forward.

The knowledge and skills that I have learned through Reformed Baptist Seminary have given me an educational foundation that I can continue to build upon, and it aids me in all aspects of my life; a life devoted to Christ Jesus.
