Graduate Profile: Kevin Jandt (DTS)
/I’m grateful for the opportunity to attend the Reformed Baptist Seminary. I have been married to my wife Jennifer for 30 years and have four daughters: Grace, Madeline, Lydia, and Anna. We currently reside in Albuquerque, NM. I grew up in a Christian home, but like so many, never had a faith of my own until later in life, and then I found my home as a Reformed Baptist. I spent many years thinking about seminary and thankfully was accepted into RBS in 2019.
I once heard it said, “you don’t know what you don’t know” and with RBS, this has been a truism. I have enjoyed the courses, the writing, and the extensive reading as I’ve come to understand the incredible value of formal education. The teaching staff at RBS is exceptional, with not only a high level of scholarship but practical wisdom and experience. Much of my experience as a Christian has been seeking to grow not only theologically, but to grow in grace and truth. I’m thankful for the mentors I have had along my path, and I’m grateful for the guidance of the professors and Dr. Gonzales at Reformed Baptist Seminary. I thank the Lord that he has given me an enduring marriage and a wife that has supported me through the education process as we seek to balance family, work, school, and the challenges that life throws our way.
I look forward to continuing my studies at RBS and trust the Lord to direct my steps toward the future.
