Video Uploader Terms of Use
Effective October 28, 2026. These terms apply to Reformed Baptist Seminary’s private Drive to YouTube Batch Uploader.
Authorized use
The tool is for operators authorized by Reformed Baptist Seminary. Use only Google accounts and YouTube channels you are permitted to manage, and transfer only content you own or have permission to upload. Do not use the tool to bypass Google limits or violate another person’s rights.
Review before starting
You are responsible for reviewing the source files, destination channel, titles, descriptions, visibility, scheduling, and playlist settings before starting a batch. Started batches may continue unattended and resume after quota waits or service restarts. Pause or cancel work you no longer intend to run. Unlisted visibility does not restrict viewing to named users: anyone with a link can view or share an unlisted video.
Google services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s own service terms, policies, processing decisions, and quotas also apply. See the Google Privacy Policy and the app privacy policy.
Availability and support
Transfers depend on Google authorization, quotas, network availability, and server operation. Completion times and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Keep the original Drive files and review the results in YouTube Studio. App access may be restricted or suspended for operational or security reasons.
